These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions of Sale”) govern the sale of products on the website clinford.store (hereinafter “the Site”), published by:

Any order placed on the Website implies the customer’s (hereinafter “the Customer”) unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 — Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all product sales made on the Website, Casa International LLC delivering its products worldwide. Although Casa International LLC If the Company is incorporated under U.S. law, the Consumer Customer, regardless of their country of residence, is entitled to the protective provisions of public policy under consumer law that apply to them locally (including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal and statutory warranties), without prejudice to the law applicable to the contract as specified in Article 12.
Certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions (right of withdrawal, statutory warranties, mediation) explicitly refer to the regulations applicable to Customers located in the European Union, which are among the most protective. Customers residing in other countries remain subject to the consumer protection rules in effect in their own jurisdiction, which may differ.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are presented on the Website along with their key features, accompanied by photographs and descriptions that are as accurate as possible. Despite the care taken, slight variations (particularly in color, due to display settings) may occur, and the Company shall not be held liable for Casa International LLC.
Offers are valid while supplies last. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be notified and refunded if their account has already been charged.
Article 3 — Price
Product prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed.
Casa International LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Depending on the delivery destination, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the listed price.
Article 4 — Order
The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, and then confirms the order after reviewing the summary (products, quantities, prices, and shipping address). Confirmation of payment constitutes a firm and final acceptance of the order.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
Casa International LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment for a previous order, or in the event of suspected fraud.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by credit card only, through the secure payment solution WooPayments (powered by Stripe).
Transactions are secured by Stripe through the WooPayments integration. Casa International LLC does not, at any time, have access to the Customer's complete banking information.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
- Delivery time: usually between 3 and 7 days, depending on the destination and customs procedures
- Shipping costs: offered with no minimum purchase required
- Delivery areas: Casa International LLC We ship worldwide, subject to customs or logistical restrictions specific to certain countries
The delivery times indicated are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the carrier. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer will be notified. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery, at the time the Customer (or a third party designated by the Customer) physically takes possession of the product.
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying, before placing an order, that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
In accordance with European regulations, any consumer customer residing in the European Union has a statutory period of 14 calendar days Starting from the date of receipt of the product, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs.
Regardless of this legal right, Casa International LLC applies the same return policy to all of its customers, regardless of their country of residence, in the interest of fairness. The detailed terms (time frames, conditions, fees, excluded products) are specified in our Returns and Refunds Policy available on the Website.
Article 8 — Legal Warranties
Products sold on the Site are covered by any statutory warranties that may apply in the consumer Customer’s country of residence. For Customers located in the European Union, these warranties include, in particular:
- The statutory warranty of conformity, which entitles you to repair, replacement, or a refund for a non-conforming product;
- The warranty against hidden defects, which allows the buyer to rescind the sale or obtain a price reduction in the event of a hidden defect that renders the product unfit for its intended use.

Article 9 — Liability
Casa International LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruptions or strikes affecting postal services or transportation, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
Responsibility of Casa International LLC shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the Customer's misuse of the product.
Article 10 — Personal Data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers located in the EU.
Article 11 — Complaints and Mediation

Consumer customers located in France may, in the event of an unresolved dispute, seek assistance from a consumer mediator free of charge. Customers located in the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Customers residing outside of France and the EU are encouraged to inquire about any consumer mediation or dispute resolution mechanisms that may be available in their own country.
Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject, for consumer Customers residing in the European Union, to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, which cannot be waived.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable general legal principles, without prejudice to the consumer Customer’s right to bring the matter before the courts of their country of residence where provided by law.
