Returns and Refunds

At Clinford, your satisfaction is our top priority. This page explains the conditions under which you can return a product purchased on clinford.store and receive a refund.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European law and the Consumer Code, you have a legal right to 14 calendar days You may exercise your right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (email, mail, or contact form) before this deadline expires.

Extended Return Policy (30 days)

Beyond the statutory deadline, Clinford offers you the option to return your item within 30 days Effective as of the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned New, unworn/unused, in its original packaging
  • Labels and any security seals must be intact
  • The product must show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be included with the return

Products Excluded from the Right of Return

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or do not meet specifications:

  • Customized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been opened for hygiene reasons (underwear, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Items on sale or being cleared out, when explicitly indicated

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us to contact@clinford.store Please include your order number and the reason for the return
  2. You will receive a confirmation as well as the return address and, if applicable, a return number to be included on the package
  3. Pack carefully the item, along with all its accessories and proof of purchase
  4. Ship the package to the address we will provide
  5. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as Clinford cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged during return shipping

Return Shipping Costs

The Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the following cases, in which Clinford covers the costs:

  • Product Defective or Damaged Upon Receipt
  • Error on our part (wrong item, wrong size, etc.)
  • Product does not match the description

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Processing time: The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
  • The initial shipping costs are refunded only under the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) or in the event of an error or defect on our part

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your item for a different size or style? Contact us directly at contact@clinford.store : Depending on stock availability, we will prioritize a direct exchange over a refund followed by a new purchase.

Defective or Nonconforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at 48 hours Upon receipt, please provide supporting photos. We will offer you a return and a refund (or a replacement shipment) at no cost to you.
